Responsible for the administration of employee benefit plans including compliance with state and federal regulations. Resolve complex plan issues with Vendors. Provide guidance and training for HR Generalist on benefits policy and procedures. Administer 401(k) and Pension Plan. Responsible for all aspects of Retiree benefits administration.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for documenting all current compensation practices/procedures such as new hire, promotion, merit, incentive and then reviewing for consistency, clarity, and revision.
