Manage project using a project management body of knowledge (pmbok) based project management methodology containing well defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases, the adherence to which is required and managed by a formal project management office.
Work within the Office of Quality and Patient Safety (OQPS), Division of Health Care Innovation (DCHI), the Project Manager will support the implementation of several programs enhancing primary care, the primary care workforce, access to care, population health and health information technology, components of the State Innovation Model (SIM). Specific duties will include: developing and managing a project plan to implement deadlines and deliverables within the Operations Plan.
Plan and manage programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as the program team leader, review technical client requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
The position will serve as a subject matter expert for collective impact implementation, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, funders and community-based organizations to further the goals of the mission area, interacting with senior staff daily.
Work will include tracking customer deliverables, tracking PDK scorecards, creating weekly highlight charts, acting as technical mentor to newer members of the team and filling in weekly clarity tool inputs.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise field engineering personnel in connection with the planning and scheduling of project work and the analysis of construction plans, engineering specifications and cross section rolls.
