Work with equipment, shift, manufacturing and integration teams to ensure production wafer quality (e.g. achieve Cp/Cpk targets, eliminate yield systematics and meet line/wafer yield targets) and on time delivery.

The individual will be responsible for process transfer, equipment planning, selection, configuration, installation, start up and volume ramp for CMP Processes. The role also involves establishing the process engineering related business processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) necessary to run the tools in production, as well as their documentation.
The individual will be responsible for algorithm development and tuning of microprocessor based Controllers. They will also be responsible for the development of Rapid Prototype controls for advanced projects on firing and motored engines on our dyno and emission cells.
Work closely with technical personnel across the broader technology development organization (e.g., device design, unit process, process integration, lithography, characterization, enablement) to develop accurate simulation-based representations of device structures and integrated process flows, aligned to target and/or experimentally measured topological features, including the occasional need to develop custom scripts/programs.
Build new business process applications and extend functionality for existing applications on the IBM Business Process Manager platform and design, develop, test and deploy process applications using IBM Process Designer and IBM Integration Designer IDEs.
In your role as Process Engineer you are responsible to support the Fab8 Diffusion/Implant/Cleans Operations team. Process recipe development, variability reduction, defectivity improvement and process optimization for high volume manufacturing (HVM).
