This position is responsible for managing the timing and delivery of complex manufacturing processes & equipment required to support new launches or upgrades to existing products both in domestic and international locations.
In this role, the selected candidate will apply probabilistic design and optimization methods to problems in mechanical structures and systems under uncertainty to optimize performance, weight, cost and/or computational time.
The selected candidate will provide systematic defect summary by performing second pass PWQ to define the design hotspots and quantify the systematic defects.Product ownership to support the NPI team to have best PWQ cycle time and execute DOE and Engineering projects to improve the yield.
In this role, the successful candidate will act as a champion and driver for Lean/Six Sigma best practices while applying teachings and methodologies with the course of project work; provides training to others.
In this role, you will assist in multi-functional product development for ruggedized military processing solutions, including mechanical chassis and circuit card modeling, thermal analysis and platform system integration.
The selected candidate will collaborate and work with Process integration and design team and drive for systematic yield improvement.Establish DOIs defect characterization techniques and drive inline CFM recipes optimization and innovation to meet defect capture rate.
In this role, the selected candidate will execute on critical technologies to enable high performance rotating machines working with internal and business engineering teams as well as outside vendors and research institutes.
