In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to provide all necessary supervisory functions to carry out the production plan while meeting defined objectives (low volume, delivery, quality, cost, etc.).
The selected candidate will execute instructions and requests, plan and organize resources and make appropriate arrangements to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and in line with relevant policies and processes.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for multiple internal stakeholders and outside agencies in order to provide support and ensure National Grid deliver against service level agreements.
In this role, you will performs personnel management functions including time sheet submissions, scheduling of vacations, personnel development, disciplinary actions, hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience creating and using production documentation, e.g. BOMs, CAD drawings, simple production-oriented procedure and processes development, and schematics.
