The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for closely working with department leadership, scientific and support staff, to facilitate human resources responsibilities related to employee relations and engagement, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, staffing, professional development, performance management and any other employee-orientated practice or program that will attract, motivate and retain the workforce.
In this role, you will act as an advisor to leadership on organizational and HR-related issues, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, change management, organization design and effectiveness, talent acquisition and employee engagement to promote and maintain a high-performance culture.
