In this role, the selected candidate will provide analysis and recommendations for organizational change; independently negotiate contrasting points of view from leaders and broker compromise while keeping senior HR leaders informed.

In this role, you will be responsible for staying current in and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and labor law related to employment. The selected candidate will also perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing labor relations with IBEW Local 2084 including administration of the collective bargaining agreement and partnering with union leadership to foster collaborative working relationship.
