The SBRM will spend the majority of their time meeting the sales and service needs of small business customers, and are also responsible for uncovering the small business customer's personal banking needs.
The Associate Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing new business banking clients and servicing existing clients in the Central New York market. The Associate Relationship Manager may be responsible for an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business customers.
The selected candidate will build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best in client advice and service, develop the business to ensure a seamless experience for the client who has multiple products and services.
In this role, the selected candidate must have crisp communication and presentation skills, demonstrated confidence in tailoring messages horizontally and vertically in the organization-executive presence.
