The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, supervise staff as assigned, maintain files, spreadsheets and charts, generate statistical reports, oversee eligibility process, assist with the development and implementation of best practices, processes and procedures, ensure the program is operating in a fiscally responsible manner.
Direct and ensure the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function. To include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration and compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Provides guidance and support to management staff and hourly associates.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage team of Enrollment Counselors to high levels of service to prospective students including follow up with inquiries, processing of applications, and efficient completion of all admissions paperwork necessary to begin course work.
