The successful candidate will work closely with the Database Administration, QA, and Development teams, and will be responsible for working with our managed data centers to predict and maintain the scalability, health.
The selected candidate will develop analytical models, and analyze high level system needs, including defining Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) that will be used to assess performance, and defining and allocating architecture across Missile, Launch and Weapons Systems Command and Control (WSC2) Segments/IPTs.
Support the lifecycle and day to day operations of the z/OS partitions. Provide technical and engineering support for installed software and firmware including z/OS and its core utilities set, third party utilities, programming languages, compilers, interactive terminal software and transaction processing software.
Develop and Mature System Level DoDAF (UPDM) Architecture Views. Support Major Design Reviews and Working Groups. Prepare slide packages, conduct rehearsals, attend meetings, work-off action items for the Systems Engineering Technical Reviews and working group meetings.
