Development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns that support revenue-generating activities including presentations, demonstration scripts, product data sheets, white papers, marketing collateral and lead generation programs.
Demonstrate capability to lead a technical team; Establish and execute programs that will drive adoption and usage of programs for products across multiple domains; Define usage and revenue metrics as key performance indicators.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of Operations Supervisors and Work Area Leads, and will be responsible for the combined strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) management planning and execution of assigned manufacturing processes and/or value streams.
Provide direction, supervision, training and development for direct reports, to include effectively recognizing and rewarding success and utilizing corrective and developmental coaching when appropriate.
Ensure efficient, effective operations of all aspects of the business to drive the P&L, including customer acquisition, customer service, site experience, fulfillment, and retention to improve EBITDA and free cash flow.
You will develop product messaging, guide product demo development, create buyer personas and understand the buying process, and enable the business with market and competitive intelligence for your product.
Analyze trends and lead cross-functional team in taking needed counter-measures through collaboration and a customer-focused approach; identify root causes and recommends solutions to avoid repeat of problems.
