In this role, the selected candidate will provide custom solutions by using existing company Engineered Solutions or through the design and development of custom engineered systems to meet the customers requirements.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
The PSPE supports sales productivity and helps with complex solution sales. The PSPE will work closely with sales, engineering and technical support to ensure that technical demos, customer requirements and sales proposals are all technically sound and of the highest quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer technology staff and management; consistently provide world-class customer service during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
