In this role, you will participate in or lead internal or customer business analysis and product validation reviews, conduct pre sales support, provide detailed customer product and business process consultation, support customer implementations and installations, and assist with training and documentation.
In this role, you will build and maintain a data-driven business case for your products; keep tabs on the market, competition and regulatory changes to make sure your business case is compelling and defensible.
In this position, you will work closely with product management, solutions marketing, demand gen, PR, sales, and customer success teams to increase market awareness, understanding, and presence to build pipeline and revenue.
The PM will ensure that their overseas Associate PM and the vendor understands where the overseas Associate PMs have authority to act as their proxy at the various stages in the product development process.
In this role, you will provides first person coaching and leadership on the execution of action plans based on the weekly Playbook process, daily department walks, Customer Satisfaction Survey learnings, customer verbatims, and customer/associate interactions.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate and assist in national and regional trade shows as required; update job knowledge by participating in educational and professional organizations, maintaining personal networks and reading professional publications.
In this role, you will manage extensive interaction with external customers, end-user, distribution channel, and group purchasing organization customers, etc, to understand and address unmet customer needs.
