The successful OSR generates and secures new sales of products and value add services to increase our market share and drive value within the Custom Building Segment. In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing custom builder accounts.
Promotes sales and services of the companys pump packages and accessories to established and new customers by providing technical and commercial proposals in response to inquiries, and interfacing between customers and companies facilities, following written policies and procedures.
Provides a direct contact for external and internal customers in the selling of instrumentation and controls, or specialty products, and works in conjunction with the Supply Management groups to assure customer specifications for equipment are met.
Coordinate and develop effective relationships with internal and external customers; identify customer expectations and assist the customer in profitable growth utilizing the Larson Company's resources offering practical solutions for the customer's technical sales opportunities.
Develops profitable new fleet fuel card opportunities and increased profitability from new clients. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, fleet products and services.
Responsible for building the business within a givengeographical territory targeting physicians, hospitals, VA and ambulatory care centers/private clinics,corporate owned clinics, specialty pharmacy in the Orthopedic, Rheumatology and Sports Medicine community by performing the following duties.
Works with some supervision. Performs and perfects sales and service tasks and procedures under self-direction. Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service.
