The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with manufacturing personnel to solve production issues on highly automated processes using data based problem solving techniques. Learn and understand requirement to determine product impacts and recommend disposition of the parts. Work in a cross functional team to develop and implement process improvements.
This position will support mechanical analysis projects supporting the A-10 weapon system. Specifically, the engineer will provide analyses, planning and draft documentation to address mechanical systems safety, suitability, and effectiveness requirements.

In this role, you will develop and execute audit plans, audit checklists, and audit reports to address manufacturing engineering per applicable industry standards, and/or New Entrant company standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building systems as an engineering resource in project meetings with customers, typically for review of design results or to present value-engineering ideas.
In this role, you will support the implementation of new processes and automation projects to the manufacturing floor; install and validate new equipment, tooling and fixtures for existing manufacturing process changes or replication.
In this role, the candidate will attend and take notes for project team meetings, including weekly Owner/Architect meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings; distribute meeting minutes to participants.
