The IT Support Analyst ensures the stable operation of information systems infrastructure. Responsibilities will also include analysis and resolution of end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training when required.
In this role, you will manage and resolve Service Requests logged by customers (internal and external) on Oracle products and contribute to proactive support activities according to product support strategy and model.
This position is responsible for leading the focus for one or more products on the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application security program across research, development, quality assurance, support, and IT systems.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in business analysis, operations support, software development, project management, or other directly related experience; a combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
