The IT Security Analyst executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs; provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, processes, and customer needs. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Support, develop, and organize required delivery elements, via requirement documentation, process flows, user stories, as well as identifying capital and resource requirements for small and medium IT projects.
Provide post go-live support for project implementations, which includes walking the floor to support users who have questions or experiencing issues, answering phone calls/emails/support tickets to answer questions and/or address issues.
