In this role, you will be responsible for implements, disseminates, and monitors company policies, programs and procedures in the areas of training, compensation, compliance, and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist HR and business project Teams in the development, documentation and recommendation of continuous improvement of people processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet client group needs (ie: Re-Imagine Onboarding, etc.).
The HRM is responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, which include employee relations, compensation, performance management, recruiting, training and development, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will partner with leaders and team members to increase and/or maintain positive work relationships, team member satisfaction, productivity and retention.
