In this role, the selected candidate will provide comprehensive support and coaching to Leaders in all human resources matters with an emphasis on mitigating risk for the company while ensuring employee's rights under employment and labor law; manage complex employee and labor relations matters including ethics complaints, EEOC charges and grievances.
In this role, you will maintain a competitive pay structure for positions in the labor market area. Monitors area labor market activity. Conducts wage and salary surveys for appropriate geographical area. Creates new job descriptions and evaluates existing job descriptions as necessary.
