Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. (Major focus on California Labor Law).
The Coordinators role will encompass recruiting, interviewing and talent management as well as benefit and compensation administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, staying abreast of employment law and new hire orientation.
