As a member of the development team that owns the virtualization, containerization, logging, metrics, and monitoring and alerting infrastructure, your responsibilities will include architecture, design, development, deployment, and operation of all of its pieces on a global scale.

In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in SAP CRM 7.0, EhP1, EhP2 and ECC 6.0 FI and SD Modules; experience in SAP Workflow, Interfaces, Enhancement framework and CRM Middleware configuration/development.

Adeptly manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, budget, schedule, client expectations and internal project team performance.
Applies general systems level technical expertise to standard to moderately complex systems level customer issues. Customer issues may be received by support centers through automated dial-homes, voice initiated technical calls from emc customers, customer engineers, or remote maintenance calls and web support calls.
Develop and implement resolutions to identified problems, and follows standard practices and procedures. Identifies, records and proactively revises current procedures and tools to improve customer satisfaction. May need to engage or escalate to more senior resources to resolve more complex issues.
You will develop and help implement solutions and projects through business process analysis, and deliver improvements to technologies, systems and organizational structure ensuring high levels of functionality.
