Working with the Director of Sales, provide leadership and direction to the Park City sales managers to grow and drive group business for Park City in line with the priorities and overall segment strategies.
Direct and administer Rooms Division operations to include, but not limited to daily operations, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, inventory management and cost controls, merchandising and marketing, systems use management, budgeting and forecasting, department management and meeting participation and facilitation.
Develop compensation models for sales reps that coincide with pricing, ensuring that reps are appropriately incented to achieve clients objectives and sales goals, while still aligning to margin requirements.
The primary responsibility of the Park City Associate Director of Sales is the overall achievement of the group room nights and revenue budget, along with the line of business goals and sales managers individual pace goals.
