You will be responsible for driving a team to create go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning, helping to educate the market, our buyers, our customers, and our internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, marketing) on our products and offerings (and because you understand our market and buyers and customers so well, youll also help us define the product and offering that will be right for them).
Develop, deliver, and manage a comprehensive marketing plan for all paid channels, including digital and traditional; grow sales volume while meeting rigorous creation cost standards. Hire, train, and develop a team to execute on the marketing plan. Identify and test new marketing channels to increase lead volume. Develop and implement a strategy for improving Vivints consultative sales process in a digital environment.
As the Director of Marketing, this individual is responsible for developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns that support and promote the five most common jobs to be done for which customers purchase and renew our clients solutions.
