The role of the Regional Directors of Client Development Captive Insurance is to take overall responsibility for obtaining (in connection with the marketing/communications group) and qualifying leads, developing them as prospects, and managing them through the onboarding process wherein they become Capstone clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing market, state, national, and industrial environmental factors, market share data, referral tracking data, and assessing future implications of clinical and non-clinical development.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmacuetical, and life sciences market.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the tracking and reporting (of pipelines, success rates, costs, financial performance, etc.) pertaining to the Company's business development efforts in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion.
