In this role, you will directly drive sales and profits for a multi-unit area of convenience store locations, analyze financial data, including but not limited to, store profit and loss statements, product movement, shift analysis, labor management, merchandise and cash shortage, and all other available data to ensure area sales and profits are maximized.
In this role, you will promote Sales and Profit Generation by meeting sales and profit goals, market appropriate merchandise, execution of plan-o-grams, use reporting tools as a guide in decision making.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability while working ethically in accordance with Gander Mountain standards as well as state and federal regulations and policies.
