The HR Leader is responsible for the implementation of human capital strategies designed and developed by the centers of expertise to support the system, regional, and entity goals and strategic direction.
In this role, you will provide information and support to employees and the human resources organization, oversee and conduct onboarding efforts, review and analyze data, recommend and work to implement changes as appropriate.
As a Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC ), you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources/Payroll Department.
In this role, you will serve as an administrator for Williams Recruiting and On-boarding systems which include: implementations, setups, maintenance, security, configurations, integrations, and issue resolutions.
The HR Business Partner works closely with Children's Hospital Senior Leadership and Directors to implement business and HR strategy, drive engagement, advise leaders on people issues, deploy programs, and support operational excellence.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
