In this role, you will be managing clinicials throughout cases and across different territories & responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel.
This position will be responsible for supporting daily Accounts Payable processes including but not limited to processing Corp Card applications, handling issues and escalation resolution via AP Help Desk, providing support for Global Corporate Card Management, and act as liaison with Corporate Card vendor, support projects and system implementations involving Corporate Cards and perform system testing.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience (preferably hardware and software) to the banking and credit union space, or you must be a prior banker with at least three years of sales experience.
