The Information Security Analyst performs three core functions for TEKsystems (TEK). The first is the identification, investigation and resolution of data security incidents that are caused at our clients by our consultants (these are usually carried out through abusing access rights, theft of data and mishandling physical devices.)
In this role, the selected candidate will perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
In this role, you will develop or assist in the development of work plans, task sequencing, and the extent to which tasks may be performed concurrently using estimates for resource needs (programmers, business users, equipment, etc).
In this position you support both the financial and IT departments. You will be expected to find solutions to any issues that users are experiencing in these departments. Prior experience in help desk or support roles is required.
This role participates with the account and implementation teams for the project life-cycle, including the development, customization and implementation of their remote care software platform, advising on the TPR solution alignment with clinical best practices for remote care.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and business owners representing access and delivery procedures and the customer experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise's security documents specifically.
