The Technical Project Manager engages directly with Information Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure the on-time and successful delivery of technology services to new construction and acquisition properties.
In this role, you will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.
The Project Manager organizes each assigned project, manages all project work plan related tasks, leads and directs the technical resources, and collaborates with other key players to coordinate the activities of technical staff, users, and vendors.
