Oversees channel marketing activities within an assigned workforce segment. Manages activities of a team of specialized marketing personnel. Recommends plan/program modifications with significant impact.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the management and development of cross channel strategies and cross SBU relationships; management and improvement of product quality, in conjunction with Engineering and Manufacturing organizations.
Provide customer focused, strategic leadership for W&B products, and aftermarket RMUs & manage market research, determine feature/value equations, positioning, pricing, and schedule in a cross-functional matrix environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and cultivate relationships with ADP learning leadership, corporate marketing, HR communications, competitive intelligence and other groups/leaders critical to the success of this position.
