he HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for assigned client groups.
This role would work in conjunction with and support other departments, such as Payroll & Accounting, and Recruiting & Hiring. Aiding with new hire paperwork processing and a dash of recruiting during our busy season as well.
Develops effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.
Assist in implementing employee relations and team - based initiatives including training, leadership development, employee communications, and compensation and benefits in support of the goals and strategic objectives.
