This person will be responsible for problem solving, correcting shop issues, basic analysis ( hand calculation & Creo ), design, coordinating detailing, and implementing their design solutions into a production environment.
This position covers a design scope which includes a high level of integration of various components and subsystem in the area of engine installation and cooling systems (e.g. radiator modules, air intake/exhaust, engine and aftertreatment mounting, fuel/oil/water lines, charge air lines, starting aid systems, front engine accessory drive systems, starter mounting, fan drive systems).
The candidate should have knowledge in industrial power design, including medium and low voltage electrical power distribution, motor control, VFDs, lighting systems, equipment layout and related activities.
