This analyst will be the financial point of contact for both advanced program and searam program management and includes interactions with various organizations including engineering, supply chain, and operations.
Review incident, troubleshoot, search for root cause (in certain cases), document incremental steps towards resolution. Conduct specific data work including set up of master file records, owner records, banking information and general ledger accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate receives escalated incidents from the First Line support team via corporate incident management system; incidents are initially raised by property managers and clients.
The position will interface with the following internal organizations:Global Trade Compliance- Operations, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing, EH&S, Manufacturing, R&D, IT, Office of General Counsel, Finance, Tax, Audit, Public Relations, and Human Resources.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical support to clients regarding the resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all supported applications or products.
Prepare financial analyses and actively interface with Corporate Legal to finalize contractual content of rebates, LOCs, proposals and other agreements for individual accounts, IDNs, and regional / national group organizations.
Evaluate IS for compliance in accordance with RMF 800-53 Controls and Special Directives. Record and/or prepare artifacts associated with the audit to ensure a repository for all system RMF documentation is kept current.
Prepare Program and Functional financial forecasts utilizing detailed analysis of all available budgets and cost data, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts. Analyst will use their understanding of business management principles, concepts, practices, and standards coupled with knowledge of industry business management practices to develop solutions for functional performance issues when costs exceed plan
In this role, the selected candidate will provide direct employee support to include in-processing coordination, timecard assistance, travel, reimbursement assistance, or providing general information.
Work for an organization that is noted for its teamwork within Finance and across functional boundaries. Provide support and financial information to Program Directors, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers ( CAMs ) and support monthly program business reviews.
Deliver and effectively educate the new or incumbent agents, their licensed sales professionals, and staff. Provide basic, intermediate, and advanced education for agencies based on the need of the participants.
In this role, the selected candidate will master internal utilities to analyze, configure and correct issues related to the Cache database, system processors, system interfaces, adhoc reports and/ or other system errors.
