The Business Engagement Analyst will be highly engaged in various projects that consist of bridging business needs and IT solutions; perform business analysis for IT requests and document business and functional requirements.
Provide problem resolution of customer issues reported via the IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA. (Service Level Agreement); provide support to junior staff members who cannot find resolutions to open issues.
The individual will participate in the development and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission trade studies and performance simulations and to ensure they meet defined requirements and functions.

As a MIS Reporting Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for development and production of key financial and operating metrics for Consumer & Community Banking FCD (Fraud, Claims & Dispute) group.
In this role, the selected candidate receives escalated incidents from the First Line support team via corporate incident management system; incidents are initially raised by property managers and clients.
Develop program components, support and manage the implementation of overall assigned programs. Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to implement structure and process to achieve optimum outcomes and identify improvement.
The candidate will work closely with the production lead and internal company's customers to understand and develop C# and or Java applications and new requirements, develop automated testing scripts for integration and regression testing.
