The Assistant Plant Manager is primarily responsible to direct all production related activities emphasizing associate safety and welfare, process controls and finished product standards, cost of production and order attainment, plant sanitation and safe food practices.
The Project Manager is accountable to the Director of Project Management. This position is responsible for leading project activities associated with existing product development. They will provide leadership, direction, and prioritization for development teams in support of project objectives.
Working with production and engineering team recommends and implements changes to current manufacturing processes through analyzing production labor standards, setup standards, production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
Directs manufacturing operations through a team of functional managers and front line supervisors, ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.
