The position works collaboratively with store, market and regional leadership, regional recruiter, regional HR team and corporate partners to ensure that top talent is sourced, acquired, developed and retained at every level in the store. This includes active partnership and collaboration to build strong store teams, identify gaps and present solutions, implementation and assessment of human resource activity.
Responsible for oversight of human resources plant staff to ensure reception, translation, and provision of on-going customer relations support to internal and external customers with questions, answers, information and issues related to human resources practices, policies and procedures using various communication vehicles (i.e. telephone, U.S. mail, computer, etc.)
Analyzing business information and leading HR and business project initiatives; proactively engaging in employee relations issues, managing candidate selection and employee development activities; and managing programs, policies and procedures in support of our business culture.
