In this role, the selected candidate will gather appropriate information and develop a plan to solve customer problems; includes choosing and sizing equipment, basic system design and relaying the correct info to internal support staff for proposal generation.
This role provides inside engineering support for the sales force of the Strategic Accounts business within the company, working with only the largest and highest priority commercial HVAC customer accounts to provide specifications and systems solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key business development activities, developing the necessary requirements to win and keep new business, and providing day-to-day account management support for all accounts within territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines; strong verbal and written communication skills.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for all sales of Motion Controls, Linear Motion, Linear Motors, and Actuators and components; must have experience with direct drive and motion field components/equipment.
The Sales Engineer is a technical resource on the corrections sales team, responsible for technical and business requirements discovery, tradeshows, proposal preparation support and technical presentations to customers for Company's full suite of correctional products and solutions.
