Responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with the company standards, generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction.
Demonstrates an understanding of the nature and operation of the contract research business (i.e., project cost accounting, contract types and requirements, financial planning, and interdisciplinary applications).
Coordination, hands on management, oversight and communication with the client, the construction team, 3rd party vendors, internal company design and drafting teams, and our internal management and executive team.
Supporting electric utilities in generation portfolio planning decisions, including the decisions and justifications of new generation facility construction, generation facility retirements, and facility retrofits or conversions
Support a broad range of studies and other consulting services to support investor owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, electric cooperatives, and independent power producers to make decisions backed by business and engineering analysis.
Manages all phases of project management including; design coordination, construction, occupancy, quality control, procurement, contracting, budget development and cost tracking, invoicing, financial reconciliation to project close out.
Serve as primary point of contact with client regarding efforts such as client coordination, strategic planning, master scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, facility support and schedule attainment.
Responsible for the establishment and negotiation of scope, schedule, and fees with clients and sub-consultants, program planning, budgeting, the establishment of critical program objectives, negotiating compliance schedules and terms with regulatory agencies, as well as other duties as assigned.
