In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for inside and outside sales in the new construction residential and commercial markets as well as the retail markets while helping achieve the overall company sales goal.
As a Channel District Sales Manager you will help meet this high-service expectation by direct selling to growers and by developing a team of dedicated independent dealers we call Seedsmen. They are committed to selling our products and providing exceptional customer service to our Channel customers.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
