The Middleware Administrator supports and documents the installation, configuration, capacity planning, upgrading, problem resolution and debugging of all middleware product environments. Collaborate on definition of infrastructure standards and contribute to the overall architecture roadmap. Collaborates on technical design and provides consulting including identification and documentation of requirements and design; including communications, security, auditability, availability and recoverability.
As a Database Administrator, you will be a member of the team responsible for fostering a DevOps culture throughout the organization. As stewards of our infrastructure, DBAs are tasked with managing and improving our application environments to ensure world class levels of availability and reliability for our customers.
Understand and configure monitoring tools to provide useful, actionable information with minimal false positives.Determine the most effective way to maintain and enhance the performance of mission critical applications, including recommending new hardware and/or software purchases, server configuration changes, and index or query changes.
This position require a candidate that possesses a strong technical aptitude and extensive database administration experience. The position is part of the Data Services team that manages both internal and customer facing databases.
