The Construction Manager will provide overall day to day on-site administrative and technical management of all field related personnel, subcontractors and work activities on a construction project site.
Coordination, hands on management, oversight and communication with the client, the construction team, 3rd party vendors, internal company design and drafting teams, and our internal management and executive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects of remediation projects and will serve as a technical lead on project teams. External duties include direct coordination with client, contractors, material suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Support business development as needed including travel to visit clients, on-site technical visits, marketing activities such as case studies, articles, etc, and teleconferences to present on group/dept capabilities to new potential clients.
Responsible for the establishment and negotiation of scope, schedule, and fees with clients and sub-consultants, program planning, budgeting, the establishment of critical program objectives, negotiating compliance schedules and terms with regulatory agencies, as well as other duties as assigned.
Prioritizes workflow of staff to ensure efficient utilization of resources and completion of work, develops standards and policies, and reviews written reports, papers, and correspondence for accuracy, consistency, style, and clarity.
The RAM will support all regional sales needs as outlined by the regional Vice President of Sales and will work closely with the entire organization and channel partner ecosystem to drive growth in the market.
Develop, coach and direct the efforts of the branch manager, inside sales staff and outside sales staff to achieve sales and profit performance goals. Review call reports and dashboard (sales data) of assigned sales personnel regularly and offer feedback.
Supporting electric utilities in generation portfolio planning decisions, including the decisions and justifications of new generation facility construction, generation facility retirements, and facility retrofits or conversions
Responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with the company standards, generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction.
