The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director. The Registered Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Lees Summit Medical Center Hospital.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide care in the following patient care settings: acute care, operating room, behavioral health, womens, critical care or emergency care to patients with acute, chronic, and/or terminal illnesses.
In this role, the selected candidate will record volunteer clinical data in case report forms (CRFs). Collaborate closely with study investigator informing on relevant adverse events and serious adverse events according to procedures outlined in the protocol.
In this role, you will completes client specific and ubc trainingprograms within timeframe indicated at time of release of training materials.Completes post-training assessment test with mandatory passing score.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and perform onsite medical record reviews at provider offices to determine appropriate coding and billing practices, compliance with quality metrics, compliance with service delivery and quality standards, and where assigned investigation of quality of care and member complaints relative to quality of care and service.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate with clerical and medical staff to provide efficient patient flow and quality patient care and satisfaction. Provides care team support as needs arise.
In this role, you will be responsible for the clinical management of the in-center dialysis unit and the supervision of all nursing personnel in order to ensure every patient receives the safest care with the highest quality optimal outcomes.
