Ensures all processes and operating systems in the areas of LASIK sales,
retention, customer service, and center operations are properly deployed and
optimized. Ensure timely reporting of all key performance metrics.
Support is routinely done generally for medium to large scale systems of high criticality to the business. Planning for the future by setting direction and documenting direction for their specific area of responsibility for the information systems infrastructure is expected.
