Management of a team of Business Analysts, providing appropriate level of leadership for their professional development and operational efficiencies with best practice methodology including business case development, cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, and prioritization of business needs.
Individual should have completed a formal credit training program which covers credit underwriting and financial analysis, sales and marketing, and commercial bank products. Position will require a minimum of four years of banking experience with a middle market commercial bank. Individual should have experience interfacing with commercial bank clients, developing and maintaining a prospect list, managing a middle market commercial portfolio, and cross-selling commercial bank products.
This Business Banking position typically manages a loan portfolio of $10MM to $30MM. The candidate will serve as the relationship manager between the customer and other areas of the Bank in resolving customer problems and meeting customer needs.
