In this role, you will ensure continuity of work processes through collaboration with all associated departments at corporate headquarters; maintain high safety standards for all associated fleets and conduct safety trainings for drivers as necessary to mitigate risk in line with our corporate safety department standards.
The VP- Call Center Operations is responsible for the overall operations for a multi-site, multi-client operation. This includes directing, managing and coaching staff to ensure high quality performance. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders on all client programs well as the development of necessary documents and materials.
This position is accountable to lead the SaSS/eI9 and RPO operational business unit at ADP. Design and execute the operations business model which consists of SaSS sourcing and fulfilment, RPO transactional operations, and eI9 operations to meet all financial and business unit goals and support associate engagement, i.e. net operating income, starts, revenue, and associate engagement index, etc.
In this role, you will be collaborate with those outside formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals, i.e. Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management across all ADP business units. Operates well in a matrix environment.
