The Regional business Manager supervises all field based Neurosciences Territory Business Managers in assigned region with primary responsibility to meet Customer needs and achieve budgeted sales goals within assigned geography for injectable, buy & bill products.
The Regional Sales manager is responsible for the administration, direction, and implementation of sales and marking business plan strategies in order to meet or exceed product and volume business plan objectives while ensuring customer requirements are met.
This position grows and manages assigned accounts on Veeder-Root products through effective engagement, solid customer selling skills across all assigned product lines and executing a plan of attack to meet/exceed the assigned sales quota.
In this role, the selected candidate will define and clearly articulate account strategy to senior leadership; develop talent, lead development of account strategy and identify key projects and opportunities.
Work directly with territory sales team including Multimedia Account Executives, Digital Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Account Coordinators to provide leadership in the development and closing of sales opportunities, providing expertise to directly drive revenue.
The RCM Sales Executive is responsible for selling Revenue Cycle management solutions and Debt Recovery Services to an assigned geographical region to Hospital, Medical Clinic, and Large Medical Practice prospects and clients.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and product developments that affect target markets, establishing and maintaining industry contacts that lead to prospective sales; evaluate product mix in terms of meeting customers needs.
Work with customer purchasing, manufacturing, and other groups to maximize existing business by solving problems, expediting the sales process, managing pricing negotiations, and strengthening overall business relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving the sales results for the assigned trade area to all key markets for the company's different product groups by maintaining strong account contact and by working with and managing the activities of the Manufacturers Representatives personnel.
