Their primary role will be helping the lead ASIS calibrators by taking on vehicle retrofit/repair garage work order coordination along with helping with instrumentation ordering/installation, trip support, new car acquisition, scrapping cars, calibration validation and data collection.
The Technical Support Representative (Grippers) is responsible for providing customer application assistance, technical support, proposal drawings, quotations and special designs or modifications to existing products via phone or email including inside/outside sales and customer service.
The Engineer will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress, prepare reports for upper management on project status, and lead and direct the work of matrix teams.
