This senior project manager will be working on projects under the Child Welfare program area; client has an IT solution which offers an improved case management tool for child welfare, especially for children's protective services (CPS), foster care and adoption cases.
In this role, you will ensure prompt decision-making is executed by promoting consensus decisions, intervening when consensus decision-making fails, and making unilateral decisions in the case of a deadlock.
In this role, you will be responsible for project management of a core microphone product development for automotive application, requiring creation and maintenance of a project plan, collaboration with partners, coordination of schedules, problem resolution and status presentations.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the customer requirements within the organization and interface with multiple groups within to ensure cusomers requirement expectations are being met.
Drives all phases of the project life cycle while adhering to PMO standard practices, including but not limited to project conception, requirements definition, work breakdown, resource allocation and budgeting/forecasting, procurement coordination, risk management, change control, issue escalation/resolution and overall control of project scope.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with leaders and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project risks are identified/mitigated and project deliverables are met within budget and on schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with engineering teams internally and at several suppliers and coordinate engineering development work to ensure 100% on-time performance for all customer software deliverables.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage project team activities across multiple Gates facilities and disciplines, interfacing with customer engineering and plant facilities utilizing the GAPQP process to meet TS16949 requirements at a minimum, regardless of customer requirements to ensure Gates certification at each facility is not jeopardized and projects are launched properly.
