The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting Experienced Hire or Campus Recruiters across the end-to-end recruiting process, plan and execute recruiting initiatives for professional, PhDs, Masters, or Undergraduate candidates updating candidate data in applicant tracking system and coordinating various activities between candidates, agencies, hiring managers and recruiters.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop long-term and immediate Sourcing Strategies and communicate best practices; lead weekly meetings with hiring managers and HR to assess candidate and open position status and health.
In this role, you will work closely with staffing specialists, hiring managers, and plant human resource managers to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies that provide qualified candidates for highly technical roles within the automotive industry.
In this role, you will execute campus strategies to provide exceptional service to customers of University Relations. Coordinate posting of requisitions on campus for positions in development programs.
