In this role, the successful candidate will partner with College Recruiting team to include developing relationships with targeted schools, coordinating on campus recruiting, and managing the selection of entry level candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate hiring/orientation and pre-employment related processes with staffing team members; perform to established metrics used to measure customer satisfaction.
This position is responsible for primarily sourcing and identifying passive candidates for key openings in support of our clients. Develop and consult with internal and external clients on recruitment strategies and techniques.
In this role, you will assist with development and implementation of a talent pipeline strategy that leverages leading edge practices and technologies to ensure that current and future talent needs are anticipated and strategically met.
