The Technical Business Analyst acts as the liaison between the business and technology development teams. He/she works closely with technology manager to insure timely execution of project milestones and includes emphasis on data analytics.
In this role, you will provide effective and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights / analytics and business performance evaluations to ensure the General Managers are effective in creating and executing the business segments strategy and operating plan.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the oversight of Loan Services risk identification and assessment of control environment, including understanding, interpreting, and communicating regulatory guidance, and ensuring processes and procedures are in place to adhere to these requirements both internally and externally (with all vendors) with a focus on default servicing processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the business unit management to analyze industry trends and best practices; establish and maintain effective working relationships within the business unit organization, and with internal and external customers.
In this role, you will provide rapid response to complex requests for Identity and Access Management assistance and act as an escalation point for problems not resolved by the Information Security Analysts.
