The Salesforce Technical Architect will have vast understanding of the technical development end of Salesforce and the ability to scope requirements, experience leading a technically inclined team, vast integration/implementation experience, as well as communication capabilities to meet with clients.
Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed.
This position will play a key part in a quickly growing the practice and has a clear career track to high-level promotions, responsible for leading projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases.
This position will construct and create intelligent and comprehensive solutions as a CRM Solution Architect. This position will lead technical requirements sessions; connect internal clients with development staff; build and document solutions, and develop interfaces between CRM and other systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead requirements solicitation sessions using various methods including document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, and use cases.
