Recruiters work in a variety of fields, with one of the most common positions being a job recruiter. They often explore popular resume-posting websites and seek out qualified candidates for interviews; many recruiters often travel to job fairs and various events for job seekers.
The Corporate Recruiter will develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines and geographies in order to source, identify and recruit top candidates for immediate and growth needs. In addition to all aspects of recruiting, the Recruiter will serve as a point person in providing guidance and training to hiring managers on the appropriate recruiting processes and procedures.
In this role, you will conduct background checks on qualified candidates and make recommendations as needed. Utilize Taleo applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes and candidates.
The Recruiter, working with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), hiring managers and the rest of the recruiting team, is also responsible for developing proactive recruiting strategies and creating and maintaining candidate pipelines as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, maintain and manage the individual project plan for each client implementation, providing a framework for the proactive and successful management of issues, risks and deliverables.
Design, implement and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR processes.
The work shall consist of documentation review, preparation of special reports, providing recommendations for program improvements, preparing and / or reviewing technical documentation, preparing presentation material, preparing briefing documents, and providing administrative support as necessary for resolution of identified procedural problems.
